Calm Negotiation is the full-length debut album by Elbow vs. Knee. Mastered by Disasteradio, the album consists of twelve original tracks and a bonus track. The album is available for FREE download under a Creative Commons license, and will soon also be available as a remix kit.

Two Floors is the single release from Elbow vs. Knee's debut album Calm Negotiation and includes five audio tracks and a music video. The single includes remixes by Module and Anaesthesia Associates (Beep Generation/Monkey Records). The single also includes a music video for Two Floors, produced by Mark Antony-Smith for Softshell Animations.
